▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Liquid chemical preparing graphene thin layer comprises mixing graphite raw material and reacting with peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid or fuming sulfuric acid to prepare sulfuric acid intercalated graphite; microwave treating intercalated graphite to the sulfuric acid, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment of graphite thin layer and metal chloride, metal chloride intercalated graphite layer; and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the metal chloride intercalated graphite thin layer with a non-volatile strong acid for the reaction product to obtain the graphene thin layer. USE - Method for liquid chemical preparing graphene thin layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost of high quality graphite alkene thin layer in large scale and large area, and is environment-friendly and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Liquid chemical preparing graphene thin layer comprises: (A) taking graphite raw material to mix and react with peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid or fuming sulfuric acid to prepare sulfuric acid intercalated graphite; (B) microwave treating intercalated graphite to the sulfuric acid to form vermiform graphite alkene accumulation, and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment of graphite thin layer and metal chloride, metal chloride intercalated graphite layer to obtain the graphite thin layer; and (C) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the metal chloride intercalated graphite thin layer with a non-volatile strong acid for the reaction product to obtain the graphene thin layer.
