NOVELTY - A polyurethane solid tire comprises 4-8 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. isocyanate, 20-30 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. polyol, 2-6 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, 8-12 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 2-4 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-4 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-4 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, and 0.5-1 pt. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. paraffin wax. USE - Polyurethane solid tire. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane solid tire has excellent bearing capacity, strength, toughness, impact resistance, and wear resistance, and can be produced economically with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of polyurethane solid tire, which involves adding isocyanate, polyol and anhydrous ethanol to an internal mixer, mixing at 70-90 rpm, plasticizing at 60-65 degrees C for 80-100 seconds to obtain mixture (A), adding graphene nanosheets, anti-wear agent, anti-aging agent and flame retardant to mixture (A), mixing for 90-100 seconds, adding zinc oxide and paraffin wax, mixing for 90-100 seconds and cooling to room temperature in air, adding the mixture to an internal mixer, adding stearic acid and aramid fiber and mixing for 60-80 seconds, mounding for 5-10 seconds, kneading the mixture for 30-40 seconds and discharging.
