NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene using solid carbon source includes cutting a square or rectangular copper foil, ultrasonically cleaning with deionized water, drying, putting the treated copper foil in quartz boat, uniformly paving the copper foil with natural crystalline flake graphite powder, placing in a tubular furnace reaction chamber, introducing inert gas, purging air in the tubular furnace reaction chamber, under inert gas protection, keeping the temperature at 600-1000 degrees C for 0.1-1.0 hour, cooling to room temperature, taking out and brushing to remove copper foil without unreacted graphite. USE - Preparation of graphene using solid carbon source (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for industrial mass production and has rapid reaction and greatly reduced production cost and production time.
