NOVELTY - The device has a mounting plate (2) fixedly connected to a side surface of a processing frame (1). A tension adjusting component (3) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the processing frame. Two dust removing components (4) are respectively connected to a top portion and a bottom portion at a front side surface of the mounting plate. An upper rubber component (5) is fixedly connected to a rear surface of an inner wall of the processing frame. An extrusion joint component (6) passes through a bottom portion of the side surface of the processing frame. A discharging mechanism (7) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the mounting plate. A winding mechanism (8) is fixedly connected to a front side surface of the extrusion joint component. USE - Device for adhering, forming and processing a shock-absorbing and heat-dissipating graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The device can change a tension in a rolling process of two pieces of material to effectively avoid that the tension is too loose, thus resulting in a phenomenon of subsequent two portions of material to be staggered when laminating. The dust removing components clean dust on a surface of the material, which can affect adhesion of materials.
