NOVELTY - A foam plastic self-crust mold comprises a mold main body, whose outer surface is provided with a graphene heating layer; the inner cavity wall of the mold main body is provided with a demolding layer. The graphene heating layer is formed by coating and drying graphene heating slurry. The demolding layer is formed by coating and drying the demolding slurry. The demolding slurry comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, methyl acrylate, ethyl methacrylate, modified nano silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, antistatic agent, first dispersant, first defoamer, first leveling agent and water. USE - Foam plastic self-skin-bonding mold for forming skin material and foam core at one time depending on foaming component in foaming. ADVANTAGE - The foam plastic product is easy to be adhered to the inner cavity wall of the mold after the foam plastic self-crusting mold is finished production, and is not easy to demold.
