NOVELTY - Preparing fluoroethylene vinyl ether (FEVE) coating, comprises (i) adding graphene material in aqueous solution of N-hydroxysuccinimide and carbodiimide salt, stirring, dispersing 0.01-3 mol/l titanium dioxide nanoparticles in alcohol-containing aqueous solution, (ii) adding graphene solution into alcohol-water dispersion of titanium dioxide nanoparticles, and controlling temperature of system at 55-95°C, (iii) post-processing resulting reaction mixture to obtain nanocomplex particles of titanium dioxide and graphene materials, (iv) dispersing 0.01-3 mol/l silica nanoparticles in alcohol-containing aqueous solution, and controlling temperature of system at 55-75°C, (v) adding reaction mixture into alcohol-containing aqueous solution of silicon dioxide nanoparticles, performing post-treatment after sufficient reaction, and (vi) mixing with FEVE resin film-forming materials, pigments, fillers and additives in solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing FEVE coating. ADVANTAGE - The FEVE coating has ultra weather resistance property, heavy corrosion resistance property, flame-retardant property and antibacterial property, and .
