NOVELTY - Preparing thin film comprises (i) fully mixing the active material and conductive material with the weight ratio of (80-100): (0.1-20) to obtain the mixture of active material/conductive material, (ii) transferring the mixture of the active material/conductive material to the current collector to obtain the current collector covered by the active material/conductive material, (iii) depositing a layer of organic macromolecule material on the current collector covered by the active material/conductive material to obtain the middle film on the current collector, and (iv) heating the middle film, melting the organic polymer material and filling the gap of the active material and the conductive material to the surface of the current collector, and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing thin film. ADVANTAGE - The film does not require diaphragms, compacted density and life expectancy and other performance is more excellent.
