NOVELTY - High-performance lithium-sulfur battery cathode material, is claimed. The cathode material is a composite material of graphene having three-dimensional foam structure and vanadium carbide Mxene. USE - Used as high-performance lithium-sulfur battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: utilizes graphene, which has excellent conductivity; utilizes vanadium carbide Mxene, which has excellent adsorption and electrochemical energy storage characteristics; and exhibits three-dimensional foam structure, which restricts soluble polysulfide, increases active sites, and forms fast ion channels thus promotes electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries. The method: is simple, effective and easy to realize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-performance lithium-sulfur battery cathode material, comprising preparing homogeneous graphene and vanadium carbide Mxene aqueous dispersion mixture, then depositing graphene and vanadium carbide Mxene on foam substrate, and etching the foam substrate with graphene and vanadium carbide Mxene adsorbed to obtain composite material of graphene and vanadium carbide Mxene having three-dimensional foam structure.
