The material has thermal conductivity of 50-200 W/mK in vertical direction and 20-200 W/mK in horizontal direction. USE - Thermal interface material with isotropic thermal conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable and has high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermal interface material comprising configuring 10-300 mg/g two-dimensional nanosheet dispersion liquid, uniformly coating on substrate, using micro-needle to slide outwards at certain point of plane, forming radiation-shaped scratches that are distributed at equal angles, transferring to freeze-drier and drying to obtain three-dimensional assembly.
