▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A water-degradable film (2) comprises hyaluronic acid or its salt and polyphenol compounds interposed between portion of hyaluronic acid main chains through hydrogen bonding. USE - The water-degradable film is used for transferring or transcribing nanomaterials including nanowires, nanorods, nanosheets, nanoplates, nanospheres, nanotubes, nanodiamond, nanofibers, nanoneedles, nanoparticles, or nanofilms (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film can transcribe nanofilms in the form of carbon nanotubes, graphene and magnetic particles to different places; can be dissolved by aqueous solution or body fluid; can be used in medical field since it is non-toxic, biocompatible and biodegradable; and can also be used as transcript that does not degrade the quality and performance of device because no residue remains in electronic device and existing photolithography process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the water-degradable film by mixing hyaluronic acid or its salt and polyphenol compounds in water to prepare aqueous solution, applying the aqueous solution on substrate (1) introduced with nanomaterials, drying, and separating the film from the substrate; and (2) transferring or transcribing nanomaterials by attaching the water-degradable film to location where nanomaterials are to be introduced, and decomposing and removing the film using water. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic diagram of water-degradable film for transferring or transcribing nanomaterials.
