NOVELTY - Graphene hybrid organic-inorganic anticorrosive paint comprises three components A, B, C, where component A is main component, components B and C are auxiliary reaction components, where component A is prepared by: (i) adding sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin and composite diffusing agent into water, adding graphene to obtain fine graphene slurry, and adding potassium silicate to obtain inorganic dispersion slurry, where the composite diffusing agent comprises n-octanol, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and dimethyl sulfoxide, and (ii) adding organofluorosilicon polymer emulsion into inorganic dispersion slurry, adding epoxy resin, inorganic filler, flatting agent, and antifoaming agent, where component B is prepared by: forming nonylphenol type phenolic aldehyde amine and diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine and tetraethylenepentamine, where component C is condensed aluminum phosphate, and all three components A, B and C are mixed to obtain finished product. USE - The paint is useful for concrete used in bridge, port and industrial facilities, and in chemical industry, medicinal industry and electronic industry. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene hybrid organic-inorganic anticorrosive paint comprises three components A, B, C in a weight ratio of 100:2:1.2, where component A is main component, components B and C are auxiliary reaction components, where the component A is prepared by: (i) adding sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin and composite diffusing agent into water, stirring and dispersing at high speed, adding graphene for high-speed homogeneous dispersion to obtain fine graphene slurry, and adding potassium silicate to uniformly disperse to obtain inorganic dispersion slurry, where the mass ratio of sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, composite diffusing agent, graphene, potassium silicate and water is 1-3:3-5:3-5:5-15:100, and the composite diffusing agent comprises n-octanol, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and dimethyl sulfoxide in a mass ratio of 1:1:3, and (ii) adding organofluorosilicon polymer emulsion into inorganic dispersion slurry obtained in the step (i), slowly and uniformly stirring, then adding epoxy resin, inorganic filler, flatting agent, and antifoaming agent, stirring slowly, and adjusting the viscosity with water to 2000-2500 cP to obtain component A, where the mass ratio of organofluorosilicon polymer emulsion, inorganic dispersion slurry, epoxy resin, inorganic filler, flatting agent and antifoaming agent is: 10-15:30-40:15-20:1-3:0.1-0.2:0.05-0.1, where the component B is prepared by: forming nonylphenol type phenolic aldehyde amine and diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine and tetraethylenepentamine into component B with a mass ratio of 1:3, where component C is condensed aluminum phosphate, and all the three components A, B and C are mixed to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (a) adding sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin and composite diffusing agent into water, stirring and dispersing at high speed, then adding graphene for high-speed homogeneous dispersion to obtain fine graphene slurry, and then adding potassium silicate to disperse uniformly to obtain inorganic dispersion slurry material, (b) adding organofluorosilicon polymer emulsion to inorganic dispersion slurry obtained in the step (a), stirring slowly, then adding epoxy resin, inorganic filler, flatting agent and antifoaming agent, stirring slowly, and adjusting the viscosity with water at 2000-2500 cP to obtain component A, where the mass ratio of organofluorosilicon polymer emulsion, inorganic dispersion slurry, aqueous epoxy resin, inorganic filler, flatting agent and antifoaming agent is: 10-15:30-40:15-20:1-3:0.1-0.2:0.05-0.1, (iii) using component B and component C, and (iv) mixing the three components A, B and C in a ratio of 100:2:1.2 when using to obtain the finished product.
