NOVELTY - Composition comprises raw rubber, methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber, Di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP), stearic acid, nano-zinc oxide, nano-magnesium oxide, vulcanization accelerator, antioxidant, anti-scorching agent CTP, graphene oxide, nano silica, white carbon black dispersant, carbon black, silane coupling agent, and flame retardant. The raw rubber is a combination of natural rubber, rare earth butyl rubber, and Neoprene (RTM: Synthetic rubbers). The vulcanization accelerator is accelerator N-tert butyl-double(2-benzothizzole) sulfenamide (TBSI), and/or CZ. The antioxidant is AW, RD, and/or BLE. The nano-silica nitrogen adsorption specific surface area is 145-200 m2/g. The carbon black is N330, and/or N550. The silane coupling agent is Si69, and/or Si75. The flame retardant includes antimony trioxide and chlorinated paraffin in the mass ratio of 1-2:1-3. USE - The composition is useful for preparing rubber for preparing rubber track of vehicle or engineering machine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber has hardness of 74-78 HS, tensile strength of 25-33 MPa, elongation at break of 480-530%, permanent deformation at break of 21-25%, tear strength/right angle of 115-131 kN/m, compression set of 2.5-3.5%, compression heat generation of 26-35 degrees C, and accra wear/1.61km of 0.12-0.22 cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composition comprises 100 pts. wt. raw rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. Di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP), 0.5-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-magnesium oxide, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. anti-scorching agent CTP, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. nano silica, 2-5 pts. wt. white carbon black dispersant, 15-30 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.8-2 pts. wt. flame retardant.
