NOVELTY - A cutter with high wear resistance comprises cutter body comprising hard alloy cutter, and lubricating coating coated on surface of cutter body by high-pressure spraying. The surface of cutter body is provided with micro-texture. USE - Cutter with high wear resistance. ADVANTAGE - The cutter has lubricating coating which reduces friction coefficient of hard alloy, and improves service life of hard alloy workpiece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the cutter with high wear resistance comprising mixing graphene solution, diluent and ethanol at volume ratio of 1: 1-3: 2-4 and ultrasonically stirring to prepare graphene adhesive lubricating coating solution; orderly placing cutter in alcohol and acetone solution, ultrasonically cleaning and drying; laser processing front surface and back surface of cutter to obtain micro-texture with width of 30-60 mu m, depth of 30-60 mu m and distance of 50-200 mu m; and high-pressure spraying lubricating coating solution on surface of cutter and drying.
