▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional material composite fiber with vertically ordered microstructure involves (i) injecting a two-dimensional material solution into a micro-channel for micro-fluidic wet spinning to obtain two-dimensional material fibers, and (ii) mixing the two-dimensional material fiber with a precursor solution of active material, and hydrothermally reacting. The micro-channel comprises a truncated conical channel and a cylindrical channel. The wide end portion of the truncated conical channel is connected with the cylindrical channel. The inner diameters of the truncated conical channel and the cylindrical channel are in the order of millimeter. The two-dimensional material solution is injected into the micro-channel from the narrow end portion of the truncated conical channel. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional material composite fiber with vertically ordered microstructure used in energy storage material (all claimed) for smart wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite fiber having high energy density, specific surface area, flexibility and vertically ordered microstructure.
