▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The tamper resistance identification method involves arranging the graphene resistors of an array (1410) in parallel or series. A unique identification code is formed based on respective temperatures or voltages from the graphene resistors when the graphene resistors are in powered state. USE - Tamper resistance identification method for preventing copycat products. ADVANTAGE - Accurate reading of graphene resistor values is ensured through a chip. Better energy coupling is allowed by using capacitors to resonate respective coils. Stability is improved by reducing or eliminating impact of physisorbed molecules through passivation layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an authentication apparatus. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic diagram of the graphene resistor parallel configured array configuration. Array configuration (1400) Array (1410) External source (1420) Coils (1455,1456) Capacitors (1464,1465)
