NOVELTY - A polyurethane composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene/titanium dioxide cleaning material, 1-5 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide aldehyde-removing material, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-6 pts. wt. dispersing lubricant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The weight ratio of graphene/titanium dioxide cleaning material and multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide is 1:3-5. USE - Polyurethane composite material is used for three-dimensional printing. ADVANTAGE - The self-cleaning polyurethane composite material has excellent flexibility, mechanical properties and antifouling property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyurethane composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene/titanium dioxide cleaning material, 1-5 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide aldehyde-removing material, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-6 pts. wt. dispersing lubricant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The weight ratio of graphene/titanium dioxide cleaning material and multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide is 1:3-5. The polyurethane composite material is obtained by pulverizing polyurethane raw material to product having particle size of 300 mesh, dispersing resultant product in pure water, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, ultrasonically irradiating for 1 hour, washing, discharging, drying, obtaining pretreated polyurethane, dispersing graphene/titanium dioxide cleaning material in pure water, stirring, obtaining a dispersion (d1), dispersing multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide aldehyde-removing material in water, dispersing, obtaining a dispersion (d2), dissolving pretreated polyurethane in an organic solvent, obtaining polyurethane solution, stirring, adding dispersion (d1), stirring for 30-60 minutes, dripping dispersion (d2), ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes, obtaining a polyurethane mixture, spray-drying, obtaining polyurethane masterbatch, melt-mixing the masterbatch with graphene, light stabilizer, coupling agent, leveling agent and antioxidant, grinding, pulverizing to product having average particle diameter size of 30-40 mu m, drying at 95 degrees C for 2 hours, extruding, cooling and winding.
