▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene and inorganic particle composite powder comprises 10-30 %mass magnesium-containing metal material, 20-70 %mass carbonate mineral powder and 10-70 %mass inorganic particle powder, where the magnesium-containing metal material comprises magnesium, magnesium-aluminum alloy and/or magnesium-aluminum mixture, the magnesium-containing metal material comprises powder, strip and/or sheet-form, and the inorganic particle powder comprises oxide, hydroxide, carbide, nitride and/or composite oxide. USE - The composite powder is used as coating filler, paint filler, cement functional additive, resin-based composite reinforcement, ceramic-based composite reinforcement, metal-based composite reinforcement, mold material, conductive paste and other applications, catalyst carrier and energy storage material and other applications. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures short preparation process route and less environmental protection pressure of existing graphene and inorganic particle composite powder, and is economical, simple, environmentally-friendly and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite powder, involving uniformly mixing above-mentioned raw materials, adding raw materials to self-propagating combustion synthesis reaction device, vacuuming, and performing self-propagating combustion comprises vacuum of carbon dioxide, argon and/or nitrogen, where the combustion synthesis starting air pressure is controlled to 0.001 Pa to 0.1 MPa.
