NOVELTY - Preparing disk-tube type graphene oxide-oriented separation membrane assembly involves opposing two microfiltration membranes to each other at the back, welding or gluing to the outer edges of the microfiltration membranes, and forming hole on the membrane to form membrane bag. The film bag is soaked in the dopamine solution for 3-5 minutes, then taken out, and washed with ultrapure water. The film bag is put into the module, and the ultrapure water is also poured into for cleaning. A certain amount of graphene oxide is added to the sodium tetraborate solution. The assembled components are loaded into a membrane filtration system, where the film bag is removed from the film module. The graphene oxide film bag is obtained after heating and drying. USE - Method for preparing disk-tube type graphene oxide-oriented separation membrane assembly used in domestic sewage treatment, industrial sewage treatment, seawater desalination, salt separation, organic solution filtering and other application areas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the disk-tube type graphene oxide-oriented separation membrane assembly in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with effectively controlled membrane pollution by utilizing the properties of a graphene oxide material.
