NOVELTY - High-strength abrasion-resistant type belt comprises 14.40-15.80% hollow glass beads, 19.80-20.60% PTFE, 3.60-4.80% reinforcing agent, and remaining nylon 66. USE - As high-strength abrasion-resistant type belt. ADVANTAGE - The belt has high-strength, and has effectively improved low-temperature resistance, aging resistance and abrasion resistance so that the belt can maintain excellent structural strength and abrasion resistance after UV aging treatment in a low temperature environment. The belt utilizes modified spherical nano alumina which can be loaded on the surface of graphene oxide and then blended into epoxy resin, and utilizes the modified nano titanium dioxide can be grafted with acrylonitrile, which can effectively enhance the anti-aging performance of the belt. In the method, simultaneously nano titanium dioxide is blended and doped into nylon 66, which can effectively improve the toughness, low temperature resistance and impact performance of the belt. The electrospinning is made into a reinforcing agent for nano-fiber structure which can effectively strengthen the low temperature resistance and abrasion resistance of the belt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a processing technology for the belt, involving (a) weighing the above-mentioned hollow glass beads, PTFE, nylon 66 and the nano-titanium dioxide in the raw material of the reinforcing agent, spherical nano alumina, graphene oxide, acrylonitrile, gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, silane coupling agent KH-560 (3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and epoxy resin, (b) adding the nano-titanium dioxide, spherical nano alumina, gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and silane coupling agent KH-560 (3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane) from step (a) to absolute ethanol, sealing and ultrasonically processing for 24-30 hours to obtain the modified liquid, (c) adding the graphene oxide, acrylonitrile, and epoxy resin in step (a) to the modified solution prepared in step (b), and performing ultrasonic treatment in a water bath for 80-100 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, (d) electrospinning the mixed solution prepared in step (c) to obtain a reinforcing agent, (e) adding the hollow glass beads in step (a) and the reinforcing agent prepared in step (d) to a fluidized bed jet mill for blending treatment to obtain a mixture, (f) adding the mixture prepared in step (e) and the PTFE and nylon 66 in step (a) to a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, cooling, drying, and pelletizing to obtain pellets, and (g) performing injection-molding of the pellets prepared in step (f) through a mold to obtain the belt.
