NOVELTY - Preparing a nanocomposite epoxy powder coatings with different dimensions involves using modifiers or dispersants to modify nanomaterials, and mixing the modified nanomaterials with epoxy resin in proportion to ball milling, and preparing a pre-dispersion with 0.1-3 wt.% of nanomaterials. The pre-dispersion and epoxy resin, curing agent, leveling agent, filler, pigment and auxiliary agent are weighed according to the designed formula, crushed the mixture to a particle size of 0.1-2mm, then mixed, and stirred for 5-10 minutes. The uniformly mixed powder are melted and extruded. The melting temperature is 90-100 degrees C, the temperature of the extruder head is 100-110 degrees C, and the average residence time of the material is less than 30 seconds. The extruded polymer is cooled into a tablet, placed it to a mill at 5000-6000 rpm for grounding, and screened it. The powdered molybdenum number is selected from 110-130 molybdenum by sieving to obtain the required powder coating product.
