▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high energy density gallium(III) sulfide lithium/sodium ion battery cathode material by high-energy ball milling process, comprises (i) stirring gallium and sulfur in a atom ratio of 2:3 at 25-35 degrees C for 18-48 hours to obtain stirred product, (ii) ball milling the stirred product of step (i) and graphene oxide at a mass ratio of 8:2 to obtain ball milled product, and (iii) calcining the ball milled product to obtain composite gallium(III) sulfide-sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide i.e. high energy density gallium(III) sulfide lithium/sodium ion battery cathode material. USE - The gallium(III) sulfide lithium/sodium ion battery cathode material is useful in lithium/sodium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: solves the problem of dissolving polysulfide; solves the problem of energy loss caused by pulverization of materials with high energy density; and retains 80% reversible cycle energy after 1500 cycles in the button battery test.
