▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The surface plasmon resonance sensor comprises a laminated grapheme, which is laminated in a metallic board, where the metallic board is made of silver and gold. The metallic board is made of copper, where the graphene laminate is formed by a layer self assembly on the metallic board. A bilayer is provided, where a graphene oxide layer is charged by a positive charge and a negative charge. The restored graphene oxide is provided in the the surface plasmon resonance sensor, where the graphene laminate returns the bilayer. USE - Surface plasmon resonance sensor for optimizing the sensing performance through the thickness control of a multi layer graphene thin film. ADVANTAGE - The laminated grapheme is laminated in a metallic board, where the metallic board is made of silver and gold, and hence ensures expanding the length of the surface field strength combined with the surface plasmon polariton and improves the sensitivity of a surface plasmon resonance sensor, and also improves the absorption efficiency of the receptor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a surface plasmon resonance sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of a manufacturing method for a surface plasmon resonance sensor. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
