NOVELTY - High-wear resistant oil seal material comprises 60-85 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. fluoro rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. release agent, 8-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. 2,2-dithio-dibenzo thiazole, 1-1.5 pts. wt. tetraethyl thiuram disulfide and 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - The oil seal material is useful for preparing high-wear resistant oil seal (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-wear resistant oil seal material comprising (i) mixing acrylate rubber, fluoro rubber in a mixer at 120 degrees C for 30 minutes, (ii) adding white carbon black into step (i), mixing carbon nanotube, graphene, release agent, antioxidant and dispersant, and (iii) adding stearic acid into step (ii), adding 2,2-dithio-dibenzo thiazole, tetraethyl thiuram disulfide and then stirring at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes to obtain final product.
