▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene grid has a structure in which a functional group is introduced into the surface of graphene. USE - Graphene grid used as cryo-electron microscope grid for structural analysis of target substance e.g. protein (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The grid is prepared in short time, prevents uneven distribution of the target substance, and provides microscope which captures the target substance with high efficiency and analyzes the structure with high resolution. Can also be used for bioreactor, enzyme sensor, microreactor, detection reagent and affinity column chromatography. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) cryo-electron microscope grid, which contains a analysis target substance bound to the graphene grid; (2) production of graphene grid, which involves reacting a graphene surface with halogen oxide radicals to modify the graphene surface, and introducing the functional group into the modified surface; and (3) structural analysis of the target substance, which involves preparing the grid, coupling the target substance to the graphene grid, and structurally analyzing the target substance coupled to the graphene grid using the cryo-electron microscope.
