NOVELTY - Preparation of rare earth modified graphene ceramic on mono-crystalline silicon piece of composite film includes: taking single crystal silicon chip into aqua regia, heating, repeatedly washing, taking out into Piranha solution, ultrasonic cleaning, completely carrying out hydroxylation; placing titanate in ethanol, hydrolyzing, adding rare earth compound, N,N'-dimethyl formamide to obtain rare earth sol-gel, adding graphene in rare earth sol-gel; placing single crystal silicon sheet into graphite modified rare earth sol, drying; raising temperature, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of rare earth modified graphene ceramic on mono-crystalline silicon piece of composite film. ADVANTAGE - The preparation has low cost, and good film-forming. The titanium carbide-ceramics composite thin film is compact, uniform, and has good anti-friction and abrasion resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of rare earth modified graphene ceramic on mono-crystalline silicon piece of composite film, comprises: (A) taking single crystal silicon chip into aqua regia, heating for 5-6 hours at constant temperature, naturally cooling at room temperature, repeatedly washing using deionized water, and taking out into Piranha solution, standing at room temperature, washing by deionized water, ultrasonic cleaning, completely carrying out hydroxylation, and there is no corrosion; (B) placing titanate in ethanol, adding diethanolamine, uniformly mixing at room temperature, adding ethanol aqueous solution in obtained solution, hydrolyzing for 1-3 hours at 15-25 degrees C, adding rare earth compound, stirring, adding N,N'-dimethyl formamide to obtain rare earth sol-gel, adding graphene in rare earth sol-gel for 2-8 hours; (C) placing single crystal silicon sheet into graphite modified rare earth sol, taking out single crystal silicon sol, and drying; and (D) heat preserving mono-crystalline silicon piece for 30-60 minutes at 80-100 degrees C, raising temperature to 500-650 degrees C, preserving temperature for 2-3 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature to form rare earth element doped modified graphene single crystal silicon chip of titanium carbide-ceramics composite film. In step (B), ethanol and titanate mol ratio is 4:1, diethanol amine and titanate mol ratio is 0.2-2:1, ethanol water aqueous solution and titanate mol ratio is 1-2:1, rare earth compound and titanate mol ratio is 3:10, and N,N'-dimethyl formamide total volume in sol-gel is 1-2%.
