NOVELTY - Preparing large area less grained graphene oxide film by esterification reaction comprises (i) preparing colloidal graphene by modified Hummers method, configuring certain percentage of colloidal graphene with aqueous solution of catalyst, ultrasonic treatment, (ii) heating aqueous solution of graphene and catalyst in a water bath, (iii) diluting the reaction mixture with deionized water, centrifuging, removing precipitate, and (iv) adding anhydrous ethanol into precipitate to diluting, applying dilution of the reactants to clean silicon dioxide substrate to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing large area less grained graphene oxide film by esterification reaction (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing large area less grained graphene oxide film by esterification reaction comprises (i) preparing colloidal graphene by modified Hummers method, configuring certain percentage of colloidal graphene with aqueous solution of catalyst, ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, (ii) heating aqueous solution of graphene and catalyst in a water bath at 98 degrees C for 60 minutes, (iii) diluting the reaction mixture with deionized water, centrifuging at 8000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes, removing precipitate, (iv) adding anhydrous ethanol into precipitate to diluting, applying dilution of the reactants to clean silicon dioxide substrate, placing in a oven at 80 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain final product.
