▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Device (100) for collecting and retaining biological sample comprises pair of conductive tracks (102a, 102b) are set on substrate (101); pair of electrodes (103a, 103b) are connected to pair of conductive tracks; severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) antigen-specific and electrochemically active immunoreceptor (105) that is conjugated with at least electrochemically active substance, is configured in chemical contact with pair of electrodes and biological sample. USE - Device for collecting and retaining biological sample used as device holder, point-of-care biosensor for measuring concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen in biological sample (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device and method enables to provide qualitative or quantitative or both types of detection of SARS-CoV2 antigens, with immunoreceptor chemistry functionalized on device; work in liquid phase without membrane functionalization, which give more stability of sensing immune chemistries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a device holder, which comprises device detection, and signal conditioning set in housing; USB connector set at one end of housing, device insertion port set at other end of housing; device configured to connect to housing through device insertion port; (2) a point-of-care biosensor for measuring concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen in biological sample, which comprises micro USB member, micro SD card, display member, device insertion port, are set in housing, where device, which is set to connect to housing through device insertion port; processing ways set in housing, and configured to measure peak value of redox current of SARS-CoV2 antigen-specific, electrochemically active immunoreceptor from redox potential applied to device; processing ways also configured to measure concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen in biological sample, by linearly matching measured redox current with corresponding reference redox current of device, and retrieving matched concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen; and processing ways further configured to display measured concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen; and (3) a method for measuring concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen, which involves collecting desired biological sample of reduced volume, and diluting in saline buffer or storing in viral transport media (VTM); contacting biological sample with SARS-CoV2 antigen-specific, and electrochemically active immunoreceptor of device, and stabilizing antigen-antibody reaction; measuring peak value of redox current of SARS-CoV2 antigen-specific, and electrochemically active immunoreceptor of device; determining concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen in biological sample, by linearly matching measured redox current with corresponding reference redox current of device, and retrieving matched concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen; and displaying concentration of SARS-CoV2 specific antigen.
