NOVELTY - Preparing dopamine-coated three-dimensional porous graphene/acrylate aqueous anti-corrosion paint, comprises firstly preparing three-dimensional porous graphene by removing template method, then modifying the three-dimensional porous graphene by surfactant dopamine hydrochloride, coating dopamine on the surface of three-dimensional porous graphene by a pi - pi conjugation mechanism to obtain three-dimensional dopamine coated porous graphene, then adding the three-dimensional dopamine coated porous graphene into aqueous acrylate, then grafting carboxy group on the side chain of aqueous acrylic resin and dopamine onto the surface of three-dimensional porous graphene by an amide reaction to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing dopamine-coated three-dimensional porous graphene/acrylate aqueous anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
