NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves using electrochemical cathode stripping graphite foil with dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as electrolyte, taking graphite electrode, absolute ethanol, dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide, direct current stabilized power supply, preparing electric stripping liquid by weighing prepared anhydrous ethanol, 0.1 mole per liter dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and preparing electrochemical stripping graphene electro-peeling liquid by assembling electric stripping device. The graphite electrodes are respectively used as cathode and anode, and two electrodes are vertically and parallelly immersed in the electro-peeling liquid. The electrodes are separated by a distance there between, and two electrodes are connected with direct current stabilized power supply, performing electro-peeling by turning on power supply voltage setting electrochemical stripping for 15 volt for 120 minutes, filtering. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene which is easy to operate, cost-effective, has short production period, graphene defect and less layers which is very suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene precursor is washed by electro-peeling solution after stripping which is washed with detergent to obtain substance and performed ultrasonic dispersion, after washing.The first substance is ultrasonically dispersed to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene, freeze-drying aqueous solution of graphene which is freeze-dried to a graphene powder.
