▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber involves mixing acrylonitrile, another monomer and unsaturated UV-sensitive crosslinking agent with an initiator to obtain a meltable polyacrylonitrile-based copolymer. The obtained meltable polyacrylonitrile-based copolymer and flow modifier are mixed, extruded, pelletized and melted to obtain nascent fibers, where the nascent fibers are stretched and annealed to obtain polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber precursor. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber precursor is subjected to ultraviolet radiation. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber precursor is pre-oxidized and carbonized after ultraviolet irradiation to obtain the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. USE - Method for preparing polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with significantly reduced production cost.
