NOVELTY - Graphene-based biofuel cell enzyme-modified anode comprises base electrode as center, and nano-material layer, dielectric layer and enzyme layer from inside to outside. USE - Graphene-based biofuel cell enzyme-modified anode used for biofuel cell or biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based biofuel cell enzyme-modified anode has low cost, good catalytic performance and wide substrate range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based biofuel cell enzyme-modified anode comprising preprocessing base electrode surface, placing in graphene solution, conducting electrochemical polymerization by cyclic voltammetry scanning method, taking out, washing, drying to obtain graphene-modified electrode, adding in aqueous solution containing pyrrole, lithium perchlorate and sodium bicarbonate, conducting constant potential electrochemical polymerization method, obtaining polypyrrole dielectric layer, taking chitosan acetic acid solution, alcohol dehydrogenase solution and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase solution, uniformly mixing to obtain complex enzyme solution, dropwise adding the complex enzyme solution in electrode surface, air drying to obtain enzyme layer-modified electrode, soaking in glutaraldehyde solution, crosslinking, taking out, cleaning, drying, and obtaining the product.
