NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material involves carrying out laser scanning treatment to the surface film. The clean metal foil is placed on the surface film by laser scanning, a laminated body is formed and the laminated body is hot isostatic pressed. USE - Preparing graphene composite material in radiating piece, electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide good mechanical property to ensure the radiating performance of the graphene composite material.
