NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-thick macroscopic graphene heat sink for heat source comprises (a) taking deionized water, adding surfactant, then adding pressure-sensitive adhesive and styrene-butadiene rubber, stirring evenly, (b) adding graphene oxide to the solution in step (a), stirring well, allowing the graphene oxide evenly disperse in the aqueous phase, adding 30% graphene powder, placing the mixed slurry into the water after pre-stirring into a homogenizer, mixing, (c) placing the mixed slurry in obtained in step (b) into a de-foaming machine, de-foaming, coating, drying in a blast drying oven after coating, (d) cutting the dried material in step (c), placing the sheet into a drying oven to completely remove the moisture, (e) placing the raw material sheet in step (d) into a vacuum hot press, hot pressing and (f) placing the graphite sheet in step (e) into a graphitizing furnace for vacuum high-temperature reforming and finally cooling to obtain graphene heat dissipation film. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-thick macroscopic graphene heat sink for heat source. ADVANTAGE - The method forms a unique bonded benzene structure by compounding graphene powder and styrene-butadiene rubber organic framework material; utilizes graphene as raw material to have big film thickness of the original graphene oxide raw material; utilizes the combination of graphene oxide and Triton-X100(Nonionic surfactant) to disperse the graphene powder and obtains macroscopic graphene thick film with large thickness and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. The graphene thick film has large heat capacity, which satisfies the heat dissipation requirements of high power consumption occasions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultra-thick macroscopic graphene heat sink for heat source comprises (a) taking deionized water, adding 0.3% surfactant, then adding 1.8% pressure-sensitive adhesive and 8.4% styrene-butadiene rubber (43% solid content), stirring evenly, (b) adding 1.8% graphene oxide (43.3% solid content) to the solution in step (a), stirring well, allowing the graphene oxide evenly disperse in the aqueous phase, adding 30% graphene powder, placing the mixed slurry into the water after pre-stirring into a homogenizer, mixing, (c) placing the mixed slurry in obtained in step (b) into a de-foaming machine, de-foaming, coating, drying in a blast drying oven at 70℃ for 2 hours after coating, (d) cutting the dried material in step (c) to a length of 200 mm, placing the sheet into a drying oven at 140℃ for 2 hours to completely remove the moisture, (e) placing the raw material sheet in step (d) into a vacuum hot press, hot pressing for 1 hour and (f) placing the graphite sheet in step (e) into a graphitizing furnace at 3000℃ for vacuum high-temperature reforming and finally cooling to obtain graphene heat dissipation film with d = 300-320 µm.
