▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ultrahigh-nitrogen doped graphene involves dissolving graphite oxide layer in 0.0001-0.01 mol/l dilute nitric acid solution, cleaning, and then centrifuging with speed of 5000-30000 rpm, then adding deionized water and further centrifuging with speed of 5000-30000 rpm and obtaining precipitate, repeating process for 10 times, drying at 50-200 degrees C and obtaining graphene oxide, adding graphene oxide to a container, sealing container, and supplying ammonia having purity of 99% to container with pressure of 30-100 torr. USE - Preparation of ultrahigh-nitrogen doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides ultrahigh-nitrogen doped graphene having maximum nitrogen-carbon atom ratio of 20%.
