NOVELTY - The system has a diamond-shaped graphene heat exchanger (2) that is provided in the center of the inner cavity of a housing (1). The corners of the graphene heat exchanger are respectively provided with partitions (3) connected to the inner wall of the housing. The four partitions and the graphene heat exchanger divide the inner cavity of the housing into independent air outlet and exhaust chambers (4), fresh air inlet and outlet chambers (5), an air chamber (6) and a fresh air chamber (7). A surface cooler (8) is provided in the fresh air chamber on the side close to the graphene heat exchanger. The surface cooler is connected to the output end and the input end of an outdoor compressor (9) through an inlet pipe (11) and a return pipe (12) respectively. A temperature sensor (13) is provided on the inlet pipe. The startup and shutdown of the fresh air blower in the fresh air outlet chamber are controlled by an automatic start-stop component (14) connected to a temperature sensor. USE - Automatic starting and stopping temperature control system of intelligent fresh air system. ADVANTAGE - The surface cooler is emptied so as to protect the surface cooler of the fresh air system. The current of the storage battery is increased when the medium temperature in the surface cooler is lower than the set temperature.
