▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer foam material comprises (1) placing polymer and carbon nanofiller in high-speed mixer, mixing to obtain carbon nanofiller-polymer mixed powder; and preparing pure polymer powder; the mass of carbon nanofiller in carbon nanofiller-polymer mixed powder is 3-18 wt.%; (2) stacking the carbon nanofiller-polymer mixed powder and pure polymer powder prepared in step (1) into multiple layers in mold, and using a flat vulcanizer to hot-press to form a sheet with multilayer structure; and (3) subjecting the sheet having multilayer structure obtained in step (2) to foaming treatment to obtain the multilayer foamed material. USE - The multilayer foam material is useful for electromagnetic shielding used in electronic equipment. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple. The multilayer foam material: has low density and good electromagnetic shielding and absorption capacity, and is a lightweight electromagnetic shielding composite material with excellent overall performance.
