▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flange involves mixing and crushing raw materials to obtain raw material powder. The raw materials includes 25-60 pts. wt. polyethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. butyl or propyl cellulose acetate, and 25-35 pts. wt. graphene powder. The raw material powder is dried at 100-200 degrees C then placed in flange mold cavity and subjected to pressing under 100-150 megapascal pressure for 100-150 seconds to obtain flange molds. The obtained flange molds are subjected to shaping and cooling to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing flange (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flange, which improves the high temperature performance and enlarges flange application range.
