DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing three-dimensional porous cobalt/graphene composite material, which involves dispersing 1 pts. wt. graphite oxide and 0.1-10 pts. wt. cobalt salt precursor in solvent in a reaction kettle and performing solvent thermal reaction in the reaction kettle at 100-220 degrees C for 2-72 hours to obtain a finished product.
