NOVELTY - An impregnating agent comprises a coupling agent, film forming agent, toughening agent and deionized water. USE - Impregnating agent used for preparing graphene particles for nylon composites (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agent infiltrates graphene to bond and modify graphene, effectively improves the compatibility between graphene particles and nylon, and prevents dusting during the blending graphene particles and nylon, delaminates and broken strips improves the performance of graphene nylon composite materials. The toughening agent improves the flexibility of the film forming, stability of the particle structure and avoids peeling. The method of immersing and granulating treatment for preparing graphene particle is simple and provides high product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene particles, which involves mixing the impregnating agent with graphene to obtain a mixture and granulating the mixture.
