NOVELTY - Upper control arm inner lining comprises an outer sleeve (300) provided with an inner support (100). The outer sleeve and the inner support is filled with a rubber body (200). The inner support, the rubber body and the outer sleeve is vulcanized integrally. The inner support is provided with two assembling holes (400). The rubber body comprises 60-110 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-45 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, 1-4 pts. wt. N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, 1-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 10-60 pts. wt. N-330 carbon black, 10-25 pts. wt. modified white carbon black, 10-60 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. accelerator TT, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator CZ. USE - Used as upper control arm inner lining. ADVANTAGE - The inner lining utilizes rubber body to eliminate the vibration from the ground to the body through the tires, improve driving comfort, and through higher radial stiffness provide higher steering response, enhances the deformation of rubber products by carbon black with a large particle size to achieve effective shock absorption, carbon black with a small molecular size increases the cross-linking density and improves the tensile strength of the rubber body and the rubber body has high tear resistance.
