NOVELTY - Device comprises tank body having accommodating space (10). The accommodating space comprises solution (S), feeding unit (12), graphene solution and transmission apparatus. The solution is formed on the surface of the graphene solution to obtain graphene thin film (F). The transmission apparatus (14) is provided for submerging portion of work-piece (2) in the solution. The graphene thin film is attached to the surface of the work-piece. USE - Device for preparing graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures high graphene yield and has high directivity.
