NOVELTY - Composition comprises at least one graphene, and at least one fluoropolymer. The fluoropolymer includes copolymer containing repeating unit derived from methacrylate monomer containing at least one fluorine atom, and repeating unit derived from methacrylate monomer comprising at least one reactive functional group. USE - The composition is useful producing membrane or film as barrier film of electronic device, preferably organic light emitting device (all claimed) and flexible displays. ADVANTAGE - The composition produces barrier film having excellent flexibility, low moisture and oxygen permeability, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for barrier film comprising a substrate and a membrane produced by the above composition.
