NOVELTY - Flexible substrate thermal transfer film comprises a flexible base film (1), a release layer (2), a pattern layer (3), a molding layer (4), an aluminum plating layer (5) and an adhesive layer from bottom to top. The flexible base film (1) is composed of 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 30-60 pts. wt. zinc-based tin mercaptide stabilizer, 20-30 pts. wt. lecithin, 20-30 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate polymer, 10-20 pts. wt. methacrylate-butylacrylate-styrene resin, 5-10 pts. wt. UV absorber, 5-10 pts. wt. lubricant, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 4-8 pts. wt. nano silver particles. USE - Used as flexible substrate thermal transfer film ADVANTAGE - The method has simple and stable performance, good peeling effect, wear-resistant, anti-scratch and good printing effect, prints three-dimensional patterns, and has small chromatic aberration and good reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible substrate thermal transfer film, comprising (a) coating the release agent to the flexible base film, and referring as the thermal transfer film with the flexible base film and release layer, (b) printing the required pattern on the thermal transfer film, so that the thermal transfer film has pattern layer, (c) coating resin coating on the thermal transfer film, forming a molded coating for mound pressing, (d) locating and mold pressing the relief pattern to the mold pressing coating, so that the thermal transfer printing film has mold pressing layer, (e) performing vacuum aluminum plating to the mold pressing layer so that the heat transfer printing film has an aluminum plating layer, (f) vacuum aluminizing, and performing the aluminum washing process on the thermal transfer film, and (g) performing aluminum washing process, coating hot melt adhesive on the thermal transfer printing film, so that the thermal transfer printing film has an adhesive layer.
