▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of copper indium zinc sulfide/reduced graphene oxide nano complex material in photocatalytic removal of nitrogen oxides, is claimed. USE - The copper indium zinc sulfide/reduced graphene oxide nano complex material useful in photocatalytic removal of nitrogen oxides (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper indium zinc sulfide/reduced graphene oxide nano complex: has a two-dimensional honeycomb structure; increases the specific surface area; reactants have a larger reaction site; and increases photocatalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the copper indium zinc sulfide/reduced graphene oxide nano complex material comprising (i) dissolving zinc salt, indium salt, copper salt and sulfur salt in water the mass ratio 438:131.8:1.89:400, and stirring and mixing, adding reduced graphene oxide to copper salt and the reduced graphene oxide in the mass ratio of 1.89:6.8-27.2, and ultrasonicating for 20-30 minutes, and (ii) transferring the precursor suspension obtained in the step (i) to a reaction vessel for sealing, and reacting at 160-200 degrees C for 16-18 hours, solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid phase, and washing solid phase, and drying.
