NOVELTY - A graphene material comprises 30 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. lead octanoate, 2-4 pts. wt. glass fibers, 3-7 pts. wt. acidified perlite, 1-3 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. basalt fibers, 2-4 pts. wt. methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. cobalt aluminate, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. manganese dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 1-5 pts. wt. nano hydroxyapatite and 2-4 pts. wt. chromium. USE - Graphene material is used for forming thermal-insulation board for building exterior wall. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material can be prepared by simple process. By adding graphene and other conductive materials, the board obtained using the graphene material is lightweight, has high strength, and excellent high-temperature performance, flame retardance, waterproof property and corrosion resistance.
