NOVELTY - Chitosan graphene oxide nano-hydrogel plugging agent is prepared by dissolving 1-2 g chitosan in 20-40 ml distilled water, dispersing 1-2 g graphene oxide in 20-40 ml distilled water, dispersing 0.05-0.1 g clay minerals in 10 ml distilled water, dissolving 1-2 g oxidized konjac in 20-40 ml distilled water, adding the four solutions to a reactor, thoroughly stirring, adding 0.06-0.3 g persulfate, reacting for 6-8 hours, filtering the product and drying, where the weight ratio of the chitosan, the graphene oxide and the oxidized konjac is 1:(1-1.2):(1-1.2), the weight ratio of chitosan and clay mineral is 1:(0.05-0.1), and the added amount of the persulfate is 2-5% of the total weight of chitosan, graphene oxide and oxidized konjac. USE - The chitosan graphene oxide nano-hydrogel plugging agent is used for aqueous drilling fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chitosan graphene oxide nano-hydrogel plugging agent can effectively plug the micro- and nano-sized pores in the shale well wall, effectively stabilize the shaft wall, and prevents collapse. The aqueous drilling fluid has excellent performance in terms of rheology, stability and plugging properties under the shale formation conditions.
