NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced aluminum alloy comprises 1-4 wt.% graphite, 2-6 wt.% calcium, 0.06-0.12 wt.% silicon, 0.12-0.22 wt.% iron, 0.01-0.03 wt.% boron, 0.08-0.15 wt.% cerium, less than or equal to 0.03 wt.% impurities and balance aluminum. USE - Graphene-reinforced aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple. The alloy is lightweight, compact, energy-saving, and has high strength and improved conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) graphene-reinforced aluminum alloy production device comprising aluminum melting furnace, drip groove, holding furnaces, pipeline, discharge port, stirrer, graphene powder injection, calcium and aluminum feeder, roll forming device, inert gas supply tube, winding lever unit and cooling water tank; and (2) preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum alloy comprising selecting aluminum alloys, smelting at 685-730 degrees C, transferring to holding furnace, homogenizing, analyzing composition, adjusting composition, monitoring, heating at 730-760 degrees C under nitrogen gas atmosphere, adding refining agent, refining for 10-15 minutes, standing for 10-15 minutes, heat treating at 730-760 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, discharging, feeding calcium and aluminum wire, injecting graphene powder, diluting, mixing, extruding at 380-500 degrees C, cooling to 150-200 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere, cooling to 80 degrees C, and drawing.
