▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing three-dimensional porous carbon nanotube graphene composite film, involves (a) adding organic ligands and metal salts, dissolving in a solvent, fully stirring, and synthesizing metal-organic frameworks precursor by hydrothermal or solvothermal methods, (b) dissolving the precursor and graphene oxide in water, fully stirring, and filtering with a vacuum suction device to obtain a metal-organic framework precursor/graphene oxide composite membrane, and (c) adding the composite membrane in an corundum porcelain boat, adding in a tube furnace and heating at 450-1100 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours under a certain inert atmosphere to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional porous carbon nanotube graphene composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film introduces heteroatoms such as nitrogen to modify the composite membrane and has larger specific surface area and pore volume. The method is simple to prepare, economical and easy industrial production, and ensures high efficiency.
