▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sewage processing agent comprises 800-1200 pts. wt. of water, 30-40 pts. wt. of urea, 20-30 pts. wt. of aldehyde, 20-30 pts. wt. of phosphoric acid, 10-20 pts. wt. of starch, 10-20 pts. wt. of peroxyacetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. of modified sulfonated lignin, 5-10 pts. wt. of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt, 1-3 pts. wt. of chitosan-graphene composite material, 1-1.5 pts. wt. of alkali catalyst, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. of acid regulator and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. of polyaluminium chloride. USE - Sewage processing agent. ADVANTAGE - The sewage processing agent is able to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from waste water. It shows stable performance rendering good quality water with good economic returns and is suitable for popularization and industrial use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing sewage processing agent which involves: (A) adding starch and modified sulfonated lignin in water with stirring for 10-15 minutes; (B) adding alkali catalyst to adjust pH of solution to 10-12; (C) adding peracetic acid with stirring; (D) heating solution mixture at 85-95 degrees C for 30-50 minutes to obtain first reaction product; (E) adding an acid regulator to aldehyde; (F) adjusting pH value of aldehyde solution to 6-8; (G) adding urea and phosphoric acid to the aldehyde solution; (H) heating to 90-100 degrees C for 100-120 minutes to obtain second reaction product; (I) adding imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt to the second reaction product; (J) heating at 90-100 degrees C for 20-40 minutes; (K) adding resultant material to first reaction product with stirring; (L) heating at 80-95 degrees C for 40-60 minutes; (M) cooling down to 45-50 degrees C to obtain third reaction product; (N) mixing chitosan-graphene composite material with third reaction product; (O) carrying out ultrasonic vibration for 15-20 minutes; (P) adding polyaluminum chloride with stirring for 3-5 minutes; (Q) adding acid regulator to adjust the pH of solution to 4-5; and (R) drying to obtain desired sewage processing agent.
