▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pyrolysis process for obtaining petrochemical products from plastic waste involves (i) adding a feedstock of plastic waste without any other product coming from petroleum and nanoparticle carbon-based reagents with a size of less than or equal to 250 nm in its axes to a pyrolysis reactor at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, (ii) heating the pyrolysis reactor at maximum temperature of 400 degrees C and a pressure of 1-20 bar for a thermal decomposition of the mixture in step (i), (iii) separating the gases generated in the reactor in a fractionating column obtaining different gas fractions, (iv) cooling the obtained gas fractions in a condenser to obtain a liquid fraction, and (v) extracting the resulting liquid fraction as the final product, where the nanoparticle carbon-based reagents comprises graphene, carbon black, synthetic nanoparticles of graphite, monolayer graphite, multilayer graphite, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanowires, spherical carbon nanoparticles, fullerenes, and/or activated fullerenes. USE - The process is useful for obtaining petrochemical products including pyrolysis oil, fuels, paraffins or naphthas. ADVANTAGE - The process is economical and environmentally-friendly, avoids use of stragetic gases such as helium or argon and catalyst, and has yield of liquid fraction of greater than 80%.
